Before we could begin collecting resources for the Doctor’s Office, we needed to complete some research about what would be needed. First, we read some non-fiction books related to doctors and hospitals.
We also had some discussions about our own experiences with doctors and hospitals. We remembered to look at our partners when it was their turn to share and to speak clearly when it was our turn to talk.
We represented our findings about what was needed for the centre through drawing and writing.
